Well I'm German and I'm not happy at all that the english speaking version is delayed. They've had enough time to get the translation done. What was the story last week about I'll be in England translating so don't expect to hear from me for awhile. As far as arrogance goes,the most arrogant people I've ever met are Germans. For your information,English is considered the universal lanquage and French,Spanish follow. The only people that speak German are germans,austrians and some swiss. Anyway,this is the year 2002,and anybody too lazy to pay attention in school and not learn what is considered the number 1 lanquage is selber dran schuld. But the game is fantastic and I can wait abit longer for my copy

I write in english because I'm better at it than writing in german. The other reason is that I know that most of you are alot better in english than you give yourselves credit for. Your just too lazy or too shy to try. Anyway, I just cancelled my pre-order from amazon.co.uk and ordered gothic2 from amazon.de. I even had a gift certificate hehe! Hav fun stay cool! and this winter,don't eat the yellow snow.

You cannot be serious when you say that german is europe's most spoken lanquage. Thats what I mean by arrogance! Wake up and smell the coffee. Alot more english copies will be sold than will german ones once the english lanquage game is available. I just hope that the german one will not be all buggy because they feel they have to meet a deadline. Like Arx Fatalis was.

Your absolutely right. The reason I wrote anything at all was because of the arrogant views of the people in the thread before me. Read the thread from the beginning and then tell me again that it was I who started the bashing of the lanquages.

I have the German version. I understand German perfectly but have difficulty in writing!
